Silver to TRON explained
This page tracks the exchange rate between Silver (XAG) and TRON (TRX) and sets it next to what real providers charge to convert one into the other. As of October 30, 2026, 1 XAG buys 149.4143 TRX, and a single TRX is worth 0.00669280 XAG.
The figure at the top is the mid-market rate. It sits exactly halfway between the buying and selling prices on the wholesale market. Treat it as a neutral benchmark: it contains no profit margin and no fees, which is exactly why you rarely get it as a private customer.
The amount that lands in the other account depends on two things: the margin a provider adds to that rate and the visible transfer or service fee. In the sections below we take those costs apart, put them side by side and list practical steps to lose less on the exchange when you swap Silver for TRON.
How providers price XAG to TRX
The majority of services do not convert at the mid-market rate as such. Instead they quote a slightly worse rate and earn on the difference. People call this the markup. If the margin is 2%, then about 2 out of every 100 XAG never reach the recipient.
Besides the hidden margin, a lot of services ask for a separate fee. This is usually a flat charge per payment, a share of what you send or a mix of both. On classic bank transfers abroad extra deductions can follow, which shrinks the amount that finally arrives.
Take a close look at offers that say "no fees" or "0% commission". The cost often sits in the rate instead. What really counts is the total amount that arrives in TRX for the same amount of XAG, which is how the table above is sorted.
How our XAG/TRX comparison works
Every calculation begins with the mid-market rate of 149.4143. Each provider’s published fee and markup are applied on top, and work out how much TRX the recipient would end up with. In total 0 providers are included, ranked from most to least received.
We update the rates every 30 minutes, so the page reflects the market of October 30, 2026. Providers confirm their own price at checkout, since markets keep moving, especially when markets are busy.
GoldexPay is independent. Some of the links are affiliate links. They have no influence on the order: providers are sorted purely by how much TRX the recipient gets.
Precious metals priced in currency: XAG/TRX
Precious metals are quoted per troy ounce, equal to roughly 31.1 grams. The codes XAU, XAG, XPT and XPD stand for gold, silver, platinum and palladium, which is why they appear here like any other currency. The figure above refers to one troy ounce.
That figure is the spot price: the wholesale price for immediate delivery of large bars. Coins and small bars cost more than spot, because of manufacturing and dealer costs. The buyback price is normally lower than spot.
Ownership comes in more than one shape. Physical metal at home needs safe storage and insurance. An allocated vault account costs a yearly fee, with the metal registered to you. Funds and certificates follow the price without you owning a bar directly.
Tax rules also differ. In the EU, investment gold is generally exempt from VAT, while silver usually is not. We show prices, not investment advice.
Tips for converting XAG to TRX
Look at the final amount, not just the fee. A small fee on its own says little if the rate is poor. What you want to know is the TRX amount after every cost, which combines the markup and the fee.
When you pay by card abroad, a terminal may offer to charge you in your home currency. That option is known as dynamic currency conversion, or DCC. It tends to be among the most expensive ways to convert. Always opt to pay in the local currency so your bank or card issuer handles the exchange.
Timing plays a role too. At weekends, with the wholesale market shut, some services add an extra buffer to the rate. For transfers that can wait, a rate alert or limit order lets you convert automatically once XAG/TRX reaches a level you choose. That avoids guessing, though there is no guarantee the rate will get there.
Also check how you fund the transfer. A credit card may be treated as a cash advance by your card issuer, and a plain bank transfer is normally the low-cost option. Sending less often but in larger amounts means fixed charges hit you fewer times.
Sending a larger amount from XAG to TRX
Check the provider’s licence first. In the UK that means authorisation by the FCA, elsewhere a central bank or financial supervisor. Licensed payment firms must keep customer money separate from their own.
Check names and account details twice. Once money has left, getting it back is difficult. Be suspicious if someone urges you to pay quickly or suddenly changes bank details. Verify through a channel you trust.
For large amounts, expect extra checks. Have documents ready that show where the money came from, such as a payslip, sale agreement or bank statement. Some providers lower their margin on request for larger customers. A rate lock, where offered, removes uncertainty while the money is on its way.
Converting XAG to TRX as a crypto pair
Crypto prices differ from platform to platform. On a trading platform, you deal with a spread between the highest bid and the lowest ask, on top of a maker or taker fee. Easy buy buttons in apps usually quote a single price that has the cost baked in.
When you move crypto to or from your own wallet, there is a separate network charge. It is often a fixed amount regardless of the size of the transfer, which makes small withdrawals relatively expensive. Double-check the network before you send: a mismatch can mean the funds never arrive.
The price of a crypto asset can swing hard in a short time. Quoted prices tend to expire quickly, and big orders can fill at a worse price than shown. Treat the figure above as an indication.
Think about custody as well. Coins kept on an exchange are held by that exchange, whereas in your own wallet you are fully responsible for the keys. Use platforms that are registered with the regulator in your country.
How XAG/TRX moved over the past year
Over the past twelve months, the exchange rate has changed by -46.58%. During that year the highest level was 318.5327 TRX for one XAG, and the low point came in at 149.4143. Today’s rate of 149.4143 sits somewhere inside that range.
That range between high and low is a useful reminder of how far the rate can travel. When you convert a substantial sum, the moment of conversion matters in actual money, even when the fee stays the same.
The rate reflects central bank policy, economic data and shifts in risk appetite. These figures describe the past and say nothing about what comes next. If you want to act on a certain rate, it is more practical to set an alert than to guess.
