SGD to ETH at a glance
This overview brings together the exchange rate between Singapore Dollar (SGD) and Ethereum (ETH) and compares it with the prices that banks, money apps and exchanges actually ask. On October 30, 2026, 1 SGD equals 0.00034939 ETH, and 1 ETH is worth 2,862.11 SGD.
The figure at the top is the interbank mid rate. It is calculated as the middle of the price at which large banks buy SGD and the price at which they sell it. It works as a neutral benchmark: no fee or margin is built in, and that is why few consumer services pass it on unchanged.
What ends up on the ETH side is shaped by two things: the margin a provider adds to that rate and any fixed or percentage fee. Further down we show how those costs are built up, show how they add up on a real amount and list practical steps to lose less on the exchange when you change SGD into ETH.
Example: converting 1,000.00 SGD
Take a conversion of 1,000.00 SGD. At the mid-market rate of 0.00034939, that marks the theoretical maximum of what the recipient could get. No service pays out that exact figure, because margins and fees come off first.
Across the 1 providers in our comparison, Revolut gave the best result and paid out 0.3442 ETH at the time of our last update. Whatever is missing compared with the mid-market amount is the real price of the transfer.
Keep in mind that a different amount can produce a different winner. A flat fee hurts most when the amount is small, whereas the margin in the rate becomes the bigger cost on larger transfers. Try your actual amount in the calculator above and check whether the order changes.
About this comparison
Our starting point is the current mid-market rate. We then apply each provider’s published fees and exchange rate margin, and work out how much ETH the recipient would end up with. We do this for 1 providers, so you can see the differences at a glance.
Rates are refreshed every 30 minutes, so the page reflects the market of October 30, 2026. The final price is always set by the provider itself, because their rate can move between our updates.
No bank, app or exchange owns GoldexPay. We may earn a commission through some links, which help pay for the site. The order is never affected by them: the provider that delivers the most ETH comes first, whether or not we have a link to it.
Crypto spreads, network fees and custody
Crypto prices differ from platform to platform. On a trading platform, you pay the difference between bid and ask, and a commission per trade. Simple broker apps often show one price with the margin already included.
Withdrawing crypto from a platform, a network fee applies. It is unrelated to how much you move, so it weighs more on small transactions. Make sure the sending and receiving side use the same network: a mismatch can mean the funds never arrive.
Crypto prices can move sharply within minutes. A displayed price may be fixed only for a few seconds, while large trades risk slippage. The rate on this page is a reference point, not a guaranteed price.
Think about custody as well. If you leave crypto on a platform, the platform controls it, while self-custody means you alone can access, or lose, the funds. Look for registration with a financial supervisor before you deposit.
Mid-market rate versus the rate you get
Nearly every bank and app will not give you the rate of 0.00034939 as such. They quote a slightly worse rate and keep the difference. This is known as the markup. If the margin is 2%, then for every 100 SGD you convert, about 2 SGD worth disappears before the money arrives.
On top of the margin, most banks ask for a separate fee. That can be a fixed amount per transfer, a percentage of the amount or a mix of both. On classic bank transfers abroad extra deductions can follow, so the recipient gets less than you expected.
Take a close look at anything sold as commission-free. Free usually means the price is built into the exchange rate. What really counts is how much ETH the recipient ends up with for the same amount of SGD, which is how the table above is sorted.
Singapore Dollar against Ethereum: the last twelve months
Compared with a year ago, the SGD/ETH rate moved by +77.60%. In that period the top of the range was 0.00049518 ETH per SGD, and the low point came in at 0.00019638. Today’s rate of 0.00034939 can be measured against those two levels.
That range between high and low shows how much the rate can move in practice. For a bigger amount, the moment of conversion matters in actual money, occasionally more than the difference between providers.
Exchange rates respond to news, economic data and supply and demand on the market. We show the figures as they are and do not make predictions. If you want to act on a certain rate, it is more practical to set an alert than to guess.
Staying safe with bigger SGD to ETH transfers
Make sure the provider is licensed. A regulated provider is registered with a supervisor such as the FCA or your national central bank. Regulation includes rules on keeping your money apart from the company’s own.
Check names and account details twice. Mistakes are rarely fixed quickly with transfers abroad. Unexpected changes to payment details are a classic warning sign. Call to confirm, using contact details you already had.
Big sums usually trigger extra verification. You may need to show proof of the source of funds, such as a payslip, sale agreement or bank statement. Some providers lower their margin on request for larger customers. Ask whether you can fix the rate in advance.
How to get a better SGD to ETH rate
Judge on what arrives, not on what is advertised. A provider with a low fee can still be expensive when the margin is high. The number that matters is the amount received, and that already includes both the markup and the fee.
At foreign tills and cash machines, a terminal may offer to charge you in your home currency. That option is known as dynamic currency conversion, or DCC. It tends to be among the most expensive ways to convert. Pick the local currency and the conversion follows your card’s own terms.
Timing plays a role too. Rates quoted on a Saturday or Sunday can include a weekend surcharge. For transfers that can wait, an alert tells you when the rate hits a level you are happy with. It saves you from checking the rate every day, though there is no guarantee the rate will get there.
Also check how you fund the transfer. Card payments often cost more than a bank transfer, while a regular bank transfer to the provider is usually the cheapest way in. Sending less often but in larger amounts means fixed charges hit you fewer times.
